Here we go again....

Blower box sounds like a damn food processor in my 98 hatch, now its not blowing out any air. WTF happened?

Something might have gotten inside then rattled around until it got wedged in the blower causing it to stop. Either that or a piece broke.

You should be able to remove the blower motor WITHOUT removing the dash. it is located behind the glovebox.

Yup the motor and fan were all messed up. Whats weird though is that the fan wont move at all when on 1 and 2, only 3,4, and 5

Whatever the resistance was that kept the fan from turning was probably overcome when you gave the fan enough juice.
