Hey so i got a b20 engine stock, and iv been wanting to vtec it. iam not sure yet but i might turbo it too. which would be the best a gsr head or type r head or if a b16 head is better let me know, and which one would be the best for just vtec no turbo?, thanks let me know.

 

b16 is fine big boy.

 

if you go turbo i suggest use b16 head flows better, but if you change your mind and go N/A then use gs-r it will bump the compression ports are steeps in gs-r head will squeeze little more power then b16.

pretty sure these heads have been compared many times and flow pretty much the same.

A friend of mine did this and he used a b16 head. Car is pretty quick.

 

true i've always used gs-r head but next time i'm gona put b16 and see the diff my self lol its gona be pnp and angle job done
