GSR Rebuild...have some questions.
I am about to rebuild my b18c bottom end, which I will be mating to a b16 head. After some reading i have decided to stick with gsr crank and rods instead of the LS crank and rods. I was planing to shot peen the ls rods, using ITR pistons. Since I will be using the GSR crank, do you guys recommend that I shot peen the gsr rods?
I will be using all OEM parts except for ARP rod bolts. I am hoping to make around 180-190 WHP. Besides the ARP rod bolts, are there any other parts I should replace if I will be using OEM parts for the bottoms end?
Since I will be mating the b18c block to a b16 head, Which head studs and main studs would i use? I am planning to use ARPs as well. Just want to make sure I order the correct parts.
