Default ABS light on but no codes (already searched)

i just got a 93 integra GS and the ABS light is on. i searched and found the jumper method for flashing the ABS light to retrieve codes. i looked under the passenger side foot panel and i found 2 plugs but i jumped both of them and nothing happened. actually one of them made the CEL stay on but i'm not getting any CEL's so that doesn't help me. i jumped the other and nothing at all happened. i waited 10 seconds..still nothing. i also read somewhere that there is a ABS computer behind the panel on the passenger side of the back seat. i pulled the square filler and i noticed a LED inside like on the ECU...it also was not blinking. am i doing something wrong? why is my ABS light on and no codes? also...i unhooked the battery for a few minutes and this temporarily cleared the ABS light, but it came back on after a few minutes of driving.

i would start by tracing all wires from the wheel hub where the sensors are, look for any frayed wires or cut wires. if you have no electrical tools then you would have to have the code pulled out by a shop.

shouldn't it be flashing a code on the ABS computer if there really was a malfunction? it's a 92 so i think it may be a obd0 which would mean a mechanic can't pull a code on it. i'm gonna drive it around some more tomorrow to see if it will flash a code.

When you jump it the abs light flashes:

Or you can go to checker or where ever and borrow their code reader for free.

also...where is the ABS fuse? if i can't fix this then i'll just pull the fuse and drive without ABS..as long as i can get that damn light off

well i belive that the only way you will get the light off is by pulling the bulb. all your lights will go out durring crank mode. the reason your light will go when you turn the vehicle off and come on after you start driving is because it is not an obd2 car. the light will come on when the abs module detects a fault in the system. i am leading to belive since it is after you start to move you have a faulty wheel speed sensor.

Can you go get it scanned somewhere? Autozone or checker will let you use their code reader for free. I'm not sure it obd1 lets you do this though...

ok..today i cleaned the front 2 sensors, then reset the ecu. same thing...after 10 mins of driving the ABS light comes on. can you even check the abs computer on a 92?? if so, what color is the plug that i need to jump? i only found 2 of them in the passenger side footwell and neither one of them seems to make the ABS light blink.
