Help! Trying to avoid taking something apart...
OK upon destruction on my interior panels an seats (left front seats in) for cleaning and potential sound deadening removal, I have run into a prob:
The rear seat belts after laying out with the other parts and panels retracted all the way to the bracket holding the belt; in other words its wound up with no play and wont release (like its stuck when you stop suddenly)
It recommends not to take it apart, from the warning plastic on the side, I know its gonna be a paid if I do, How do I release the belts to get play enough to bolt them back when I want to.
_Thanks again if its a noob ?

Not sure if this is the problem you're having, but I've had a similar problem with a few older cars I've had. The thicker part of the belt (folded over sewn part) gets pulled up onto the housing and it won't release. It'll usually release if you thump on the housing whilst pulling on whats left of the buckle sticking out.
ok, the thump trick might work, as far as a pic of it, no cam right now, but to clarify its not connected to the car, its just the whole assembly sittin on my concrete floor right now (its stuck in its housing wound up with no play to pull out)
