Default Need help identifying this cluster.

I picked up this cluster off a guy who told me it was from a 90-91 EDM CRX. That's all I know, but I don't even know if that's right. I've been trying to hunt down what model, etc. this came out of...anyone know?

Looks similar to 88/89 Crx 1.5x JDM

Its definitely for an automatic.

Is there any writing anywhere? The language that the writing is in is a big clue, also check all the warning lights, like the cel, e-brake ect. edm and ukdm models are the only ones with a low fuel warning light, so check that. kph means its not ukdm. canadian is a possibility but they will have french writing on it, and those might be in both mph and kph.

good luck

What tells you it's an auto? I don't think there is a low fuel on this one. There is one that looks like (O), but I don't know what that is. The only writing on it are letters/numbers. I've tried googling them, but nothing came up...

NS3 - 2299 - S6
D6
79100 - SH3 - 9600
HR - 115-504
HR-115 - J-2 - NS
0902840002520

So since it's in km/h, it's either Canadian or JDM, or some other Euro model?

Anyone ever seen this cluster before??? I think it may be the rarest cluster ever since no one knows.

I used to have one of these clusters. It is JDM from their model Si (the one people call ZC here)
btw, all Canadian clusters have both km and miles on them, and they go to 200kph. The edm version have a speedo that goes to 240kph

The cluster is a 5 speed version

This is a Canadian speedo btw, you can see it much different

This post has a lot of untruth to it! lol

Auto cluster have a gear selector array of lights between the temp and fuel gauges, like so...

Secondly, in Europe the did get clusters in kph also, here is a vt cluster

There are about 4 different versions of those clusters, all with different red lines. I have seen them @ 6500, 6800, 7000 and 7200 rpm

Some of the those zc engines were sohc, some were dohc, some were from FI and others from carb models

Does it really matter what the cluster is from? Or are you just curious?

Your better off not even putting it in your car. Every time I see a cop coming on the opposite side of the road I look at my speedo and I see 100kph :nervous: and I step on my breaks but I'm only going about 60mph. Then I realized that I was driving my jdm R and not my EF

Thank you guys for your responses...very helpful. So I guess it's from a JDM ZC?

It matters, and I'm curious. I'm planning to put into my 89 CRX, so I think I may need to rewire, and need to first find out what it came from in order to figure out what's involved in getting it going. If for some reason it's not going to work for my application, I'd like to know what it's from so I can inform any potential buyers.

As for the KMH, on the highways here, we list KM/H as well as MPH due to all the Canadian travelers, so it's not really a big deal.
