Just wondered if anyone knows what these are worth.

I have stock del sol mats that are in good/decent condition...
What do you think they could sell for...

Yes, there are more than one type, and I believe the "zig-zag" ones are supposed to be the jdm type. Dont quote me 100% on that tho...

There are more than one type of del sol mats. The zig zag ones came in about 4 different colors (grey, green, blue, red), and fit the 94 and under sols that didn't have the trunk release.

The sol mats with the rainbow "del sol" stitching were for the 95+ sols with the trunk release.

As far as worth, I've purchased used condition (5-6) rainbows for $30 shipped, so it will depend more on what the buyer is willing to pay. If you got new or near-new of any OEM mats, the price could start around $100 and go up. I've seen instances where NIB zig zags have gone in the neighborhood of $200-$300.

 

Here are some pics, just cleaned them too. the worn out mat was on the drivers side.

That driver mat is beat up. It's maybe a 3/10 and I'm only being liberal about it because it hasn't totally fallen apart. Yet.

The passenger mat is in good condition, but they normally are. Most people are not looking to buy just a passenger floor mat. If you had a brand new condition driver mat then you would probably be able to find a buyer easier.

Basing off the guy who said he's bought the rainbow '96-'97 mats in average to slightly better than average condition for $30, I'd say these might be worth $15-20 just because of the passenger mat. I expect a buyer, unless they have no floormats, would throw the driver mat out.

Zig zag mats came in 93-94 Del Sol's.

 

Del sol mats came in 2 types, zigzag and rainbow. If I remember correctly the zig zags came in 93-95 and came in red, blue, grey, and samba. The rainbows came in the 96-97 model sols.

BTW...I have several sets of BNIB OEM mats in red, blue, grey, and rainbow. I do not have samba but still looking.

Zig zags are '93-'94. Rainbows (like the ones said above to be replicas) are for '95-'97. I have been told I quoted the wrong years before.

 

Those above are NOT replicas. The driver's mat is just SO beat that the colored thread has been worn off.

 

They make replicas that look like the rainbows, I haven't seen good replicas of the zig zags

My passenger side is ok ZIg Zag but the driver's side is horrible, but you can see the steel inside the OEM mats, there's large steel bar/wire inside my zig zaggers

 

I can see the steel reinforced rubber mat on the driver's mat. Lots of floormats have those. They don't always wear through.

 

Like NOFX said, you can see the steel cord. Fakes don't have those.

You can buy the ebay ones like these and use fabric dye on the logo to replicate the rainbow look, just get fabric dye of choice and dye the logo
