Default Near rust free 90 Hatch $1500

$1500

I am selling it, for under what I have in it. After a long day of thinking, I've decided I want something stock, with a nice/quiet ride.

1990 Honda Civic Hatchback (ef)
D15B2 (1.5 SOHC)
SI 5spd No grinds great clutch. Larger axles than OEM but not sure what car, either B series or LS
SI MPFI swap (wiring done properly)

New:

Valve cover gasket (replace by previous owner)
Battery (replaced by previous owner)
NGK Spark Plugs
Distributor cap
Rotor Button
Spark Plug wires
Main Relay
Radiator
Replaced bad Distributor with used one. (does need a brand new one, has bad sensor in it, causing it to miss at idle and low RPM. Fine if you are babying it though. (cylinder position sensor going bad. Code9) you would have to replace it with p/n TD02U. It is found on 89-91 Civic SI and CRX SI d16 with OBDO ECU)
Air Filter is new

Good:
Nearly rust free shell! 2 small spots on both rockers. Still very savable. Hasn't spread. One of the cleanest shells I've seen in a while. No fender rot!
Clean interior. Missing a few rear pieces but I have removed most of it, and cleaned it outside the car.
Painted in 06 (as I was told by previous owner. Jammed as well. Hatch needs painted, but that's it.) Color is Grabber Orange
Runs good (does have a miss, but a new distributor would fix that. Tried adjusting timing, and that's not the issue. Does need a new distributor to solve missing issue)
Shifts great!
Clutch is good!
Fresh Tune up (done less than 50 miles ago)
Friendly on the wallet for gas prices
Cheap to insure!
Clear Ky Title
Had faulty turn signals, but is now repaired!
Good brakes

Bad:
Dash has a few cracks in it. (its old what do you expect?) (minor)
Seat has tear in lumbar support (again, it's an old car) (minor)
Has miss (as stated above, runs good, just needs a new distributor)
Needs good performance shocks. It is on sleeve style coilovers but rides like crap thanks to them being installed over stock shocks (previous owner)
Axles will click from time to time. One has a tear in the boot. Seems to only be when your making a sharp turn.
Exhaust is a little louder than I like, but that may not be an issue for you. (minor)
Coolant fan is on a switch inside the car. I haven't been able to trace down the proper wires to make it function like factory yet. (minor)
Hatch needs painted to match.

EDITED:
It was having a hard time starting but I fixed the issue. Turns out my dumb *** ran it a little low on oil. (haven't had a car that needs oil topped off here and there in a while, easy mistake when you have a lot going on in your life.) So topped it off, and now runs like it was before hard start. (:facepalm

Car is located in Kentucky. Has Clear Ky title. I am about 10 minutes from Cincinnati Ohio.

I think they are Aerogear. I think I remember seeing that seafoam green color on a spot of the fender somewhere. Not sure. They aren't my cup of tea, but they fit well, so they are unlikely to be generics. I bought the car with them on it.

Bump. Have had a few people interested off craigslist ad, but nobody's come forward with cash.

Would love to trade for stock 2wd v6 auto blazer. (i feel the itch to build another mini truck)
