Fuel Not Reaching Engine?
We had an issue with the carb on my buddys 1991 civic ef (D15B1) and we had the carb off for about 2 days, we went to put the carb back on and now there is no fuel coming to the fuel line that connects into the fuel pressure regulator for the carb.
We aren't sure if it's a electric or manual fuel pump, but we turned it on and could not hear the fuel pump running?
We tried pumping the gas, nothing. He has about 1/8th of a tank, and the gas that is in the tank is 5 years old, so we are thinking of pulling the tank out, cleaning it out and filling it up, otherwise just filling it up from now?
Any ideas? We're stuck!

waste of time gas that old will kill a pump. they rust out within a couple years of sitting in old gas you need to flush the tank and get a new pump. i would suggest a filter too.
There is a build up in the bottom of the gas tank, so we are going to pull and flush the tank, and drop in a new fuel filter today.
We ended up filling the tank, that got the gas flowing after priming the carb, runs now but still rough.
