It is a Kswapped EG Civic. Because of the shift cable system, the shift **** could be mounted in a higher position.

Tarmac rally, pretty short stage. Holy crap, that shifter looks like it sits inline with the top of the dash! I wish there were more tarmac rallies on this side of the pond.

no joke. there is a hill climb semi locally. vintage hill climb that is. no cars newer than like 40 or something wild like that.
