Default itr brakes on a em help!

ok so i replace the brakes on my em with the whole front and rear brakes off a itr with the 36 nut. so i went to bleed the brakes and i got a good pedal. so when i was driving it i felt my brake pedal a little spongy. so i bleed it again and once again a good pedal. so when i was driving i felt it spongy once again. so im wondering do i need to replace my porportioning value cause the value that i have on right now is the ex one. also i bleed the brakes starting from the right rear to left rear, right front to the left front. so i know i was bleeding them right. but do you guys think i need to change my value to even out the pressure of the brake fluid to all the calipers? or do i need to just bleed them another way?

generally you will want to swap the MC/res/booster/prop valve when you do a brake swap. . .
