I took apart my y1 transmission today since it's always popping out of 3rd and 4th gear and they almost rarely worked. I looked at the dogteeth and they are pretty much gone lol.
Does anyone know where I can order replacement gears? I guess maybe I'd have to find an s1 tranny for gears?
I'm about to call hmotors and see if they have any cable b16 trannies.
thanks, steven
edit: I called hmotors and they have a non lsd y1 for 650 so I'm gonna look around for a while. Any ideas?

Call Jeff KIWI at Special Projects Motorsports, he has what you need. Or send him a PM on here "KIWI".
BTW, what you're seeing as damaged is not dogteeth, its the syncro teeth. Dog teeth is only on dogboxes.

thanks for the info! I will have to message him for sure. I found a transmission locally that I'm most likely picking up sunday. I'll slowly rebuild this b16 tranny and have it as a back up.
I'll post up some pictures of how bad the sleeve and the syncro teeth were tomorrow. Not a good sight lol. I've had a lot of troubles with this transmission since it is REALLY old and parts are wearing out on it like crazy. Every time I take it apart, the magnet is cluttered with metal.
