Default EK Alignment question

So my car pulls hard to the left if you let go of the wheel. Tires are new, so that's not the issue. I plan on having it aligned next week but not sure about settings. The car is dropped (drop zone crap) and I plan on changing to a different setup next month. However, I cannot deal with the bad alignment until then. So, does anyone use any recommended alignment numbers for a lowered car, or just set it to factory settings?

Nobody?

Guess I'll just align it to stock numbers.

0 toe front and rear. Your camber probably is not adjustable, so leave it where it is.
