Look under the passenger foot well carpet. There is a blinking light on the ECU it self. Long blinks are 10. Short blinks are 1.

WHY ARE YOU RUNNING A PR3 ANYWAYYSSSS?

 

So im confused. Im running a PR3 with vtec thats not hitting. and im getting a check engine light. But its not a constant light. Its flashing two solid lights, long pause. two solid lights, ect.
I would think that that means code 20. But the thing is, my ECU is not flashing, but the dash CEL is... wtf?

 

That would be code 20 correct..
edit: have you done any recent wire work?
