Default LS and Nitrous. SHOULD I go Vtec?

Hey everyone! I have an LS engine with nitrous as the title says. I was considering putting a vtec head. I was wondering what you guys think of LS/Vtec and nitrous? Does it put to much stress on the head? Thanks alot! Would be happy to hear from you all

-Stock engine with Competition stage 2 clutch kit and machined flywheel
-Full custom exhaust 2 1/4 inch piping
-Zex performance spark plugs
-Zex nitrous kit 50 shot
-4-1 headers

Cheers!!
Derrick

isnt that going to stress the head too much?
and i think youre going to have to build some of the block so you wont have a rod making a new oil hole in your block

or better yet you can pretend you got vtec and make the cool noise. but to answer your question no i do not believe it would be to much, you got a decent clutch to grab ur gears, and a ls/vtec built right will hold up great, go for it if your very well acquainted with using NOS

Will it complement the nitrous? Is it a big difference that is worth the price?
Cheers!!

Jesus people it isn't "NOS" it is nitrous. NOS is a company. It's like saying,"Yeah I just got through installing a Greddy on my car." lol

Just goofin on ya guys sorry, lol.

But to the OP's original question, as with any build just make sure to build it to withstand whatever you are gonna throw at it. ls/vtec and crvtec builds done correctly can make insane power as long as they are built correctly. but on the opposite side of the spectrum, a poorly built one probably won't hold together very well even under naturally aspirated conditions.
