Default upgrading to a steering wheel without an airbag? why?!

hey hows it going HT? i really wanna get a nardi or momo steering wheel but im skeptical about getting one that does not have an airbag? i dont see why so many people choose to remove their airbag? its there to save from a lot of injury so why would u take it out? anyone have any opinions on this they would like to share??

if you want to keep your airbag get a wheel with an air bag from a different car that will fit yours.

I have a 94 Integra GSR With ABS and SRS, I removed my ABS, because my ABS Pump went out causing me to have to pump my brakes serval times or even cause me to lose pressure in my brakes, which would lead to a jerk to the left or right(trust me i bleed the lines plenty of time and change my master cylider) before a stop. I know youor like what the "H" does this have to do with anything? well its a safety feature on my car and my car functioned better once i removed it and ran lines to a del sol 40/40 pro-portional valve(Spell check?).., Also I have a Momo Monte Carlo leather 330mm Steering wheel and love it over my stock steering wheel... Its just sacrafice really, I say if you can drive for yourself and others on the road, I say go for it. My aftermarket wheel is lighter and effortless to turn... I hope this helps, i tried to stay away from the ignorant response "it looks cool/""JDM"... i think the most safest thing about a stock steerng wheel is the horn!!!! which can be used on a aftermarket steering wheel, so there is one safety feature you can use to determine if you really want to switch,.. I hope i helped a little bt..
