so i swapped my ej8 with a stock gsr obd1..have another thread about the whole story i went through but thought i would start another one for this problem has anyone ever had this problem...i know it has something to do with the alternator..i had to resplice the plug from my harness to fit the obd1 alternator...and it blew the fuse under the dash...has anyone ever encountered this..if so plz give me some help..i know it has a good connection cuz the splices i used cant get messed up and their shrink wrapped..any suggestions plz help thanks again

 

did you splice the correct wires together? why didnt you just get an obdII alternator?
