Default resistor box?

i have a 91 ef. it had dpfi in it, i am in the process of dropping a mini-me into it(before you bag on the mini me, my other motor blew and this was given to me, just got done rebuilding it) which has mpfi, i swapped out the ecu and dizzy and all that, but i was wondering if i needed a resistor box for that or not.

u have to run an injector resister box it has to connect to the injectors for the injectors to run right obo or obd1 doesnt matter and any resistor box will work...

that is incorrect. obd1/2 injectors are saturated and do NOT use a resistor box.

ive converted a ton of dpfi to mpfi and u must run a resistor box for obo and obd1 in fact my current set up is obd1 and if i had no resistor box my car would not run it sends the proper current to the injectors u must have it

no u dont. you dont HAVE too have it.

and ther's no such thing as obd0 and obd1/2 injectors.
only low and high inputant ( however it is) injectors

for "obd0" you NEED resistor box

for "obd1/2" you dont need the box- but you can use it IF YOU WANT.

ok if u dont think u need a resistor box for 0bd 1 or 2 then what would u do with the 4 extra injecter wires if u dont hook them up to a resistor box?

jump them all together and throw 12v at them. you only need the resistor box to lower the voltage going to low impedance injectors hence the term low impedance or peak and hold. if you dont use the resistore box on obd0 injectors it with fry the ecu eventually there is some good reading about this on www.hondata.com. obd1 injectors aka saturated or high impedance require straight 12v power.

LOL, I thought this was a joke at first. Go pop the hoods on some stock ek's, and eg's n send me the pics of where honda put the "necessary" resistor boxes. Jus cuz YOU put them in doesn't mean they were supposed to be there.

ok, so just double checking and making sure this is all coming out right in my mind, since i have put the "obd1/saturated/high impedance" injectors on this motor, i dont need to have the resistor box, correct?
