2000 Integra OBD1 ecu swap issues.

2000 Integra OBD1 ecu swap issues.
First off, I'm not completely sure I'm using the correct ecu. My car is a 2000 Integra LS 5 speed. I have a Skunk2 OBD2B to OBD1 conversion harness. The OBD1 Ecu I have is a virgin P75-A01. Question one is do i have a 5 speed OBD1 ecu?
Next issue is when I plug this ecu and harness up, my car idles high and revs slow. I didn't attempt to drive it because I could tell something was up with either the ecu or harness. If i am using the correct ecu, does anyone have pin outs for the Skunk2 harness?
