cold air intake question?
well, i'm thinking of getting a cold air intake, but i have few questions for you guys first. should i worry about water getting into the filter, i mean my car is stock height and i dont plan on lowering it, but should i worry about winter and like water getting in the intake somehow? any replies would be greatly apprieated. thanks all.
With the filter in the bumper, you will get it wet when it rains, just remember that in order to hydro-lock a motor, it has to be submerged, or take a gulp of water all the way past the throttle body.

just dont drive in water !! thats it !! aem rocks.. with out the safe gaurd thingy !!
you will need alot of water before the engine gets killed !!! those who have done it !! are just stupid i think.. even if lowered.. then you dont go racin in a pool of water !!

get any CAI along with AEM bypass valve... don't have to spend $160-180 on an AEM intake... just my opinion...
