Icon2 CRX Dual Exhaust Set up question

Long time lurker, first time poster here.

I have a 1988 Honda CRX Si with a b16a2 motor I put in not too long ago. I'm currently working on the exhaust system. I'm planning on using all stainless steel for it.

I have the header that feeds into one pipe, then into a high flow catalytic converter, then feeding into a Y pipe. I am asking for any tips or ideas for this setup after the Y pipe. I want to do a dual exhaust set up, but I'm concerned about backpressure and the correct bends and angles I need to do to achieve this.

Any thoughts, or ideas? Thanks in advance!

90degree bends after the y-pipe that dump down.... Old School Musclecar status.

Looks ridiculous. Please reconsider your process. The exhaust will weigh more than the motor at that point.

Why? It's not going to be dual exhaust really anyway.
You already are combining exhaust after the header so basically it seems like your dual exhaust is more like 'dual exit' or 'dual tip'.
I don't even think there is going to be a backpressure issue since you are single exhaust all the way through the catalytic converter and then back to the fuel tank area.

That's essentially what I'm doing, pretty much setting up a dual tip. One exit on each side. I could do the original look with the dual tip on the driver side after the muffler.

With the added weight, money spent on more parts, and zero performance and it looking goofy......i do not see the point!
