Default about to do my first honda clutch, few ?'s

whats up guys,

have a 1994 civic hatch with a 180whp ls vtec motor in it and the stock integra ls tranny

going to replace the axles and since I"m in there might as well do the clutch too since I hate the one in there (too aggressive) and want a lighter flywheel

do you guys just replace the slave and master cylinder when you do clutches even if they're ok?

how many of you run the stainless clutch line?

what is the best tranny fluid to put in there? (prefer synthetic)

the car rattles in the tranny at idle when the clutch peddle is out
anyway to tell if it's the main shaft bearing or just a rattling clutch spring?

what else should I change when/if I open the tranny? is this too hard for a moderately skilled mechanic? I've never opened a tranny and I'm kind of nervous...

also, is there a good writeup on this on honda-tech?

here is an integra write up I found that is pretty good but more is better
http://www.c-speedracing.com/howto/b...ch/clutch2.php

I'm sure there is but when I search I can't find it. Maybe I'm blind or something...
