This guy scammed me out of a 99 itr exhaust camshaft. Long story short first he wanted a check because he didn't have paypal. So I sent a personal check but had to cancel payment on it because he said he had no way to cash it?? That should have been my first warning sign. Then all of a sudden he does have paypal-so I make payment to him through paypal which he then proceeds to tell me he doesn't have a bank account so he is having paypal send him a check. So now today 2 weeks into this cluster of a transaction he emails me and tells me that he just noticed its not an itr cam so go ahead and contact paypal to get your money back.
I told him to do the right thing and refund my money and thats when deceipt reared it's ugly head and he said he didn't have the money and couldn't refund it. For me to take the time and write this up....it's just sad that there is scum like this that ruins it for everybody else.
So stay away from this guy if he's selling any parts or cams cause he's a liar and a thief. I'm also hoping payback comes his way and hopefully some bad Karma. Who knows may take a ride up to Bar Harbor and do some site seeing this summer.
Frank it's too bad your a piece of trash,a liar and a thief cause you are the douchbags that give Honda Tech a bad name and ruin for all the helpful and honest people on here.
Included some emails for your reading pleasure. Frank Miller Jr. (Sol_Out) is a thief.

Damm sorry to hear about your situation. If you paid with a credit card through Paypal. Contact your credit card company and they should refund your money back. If you paid with your own bank account through Paypal. Then it will be a pain in the *** to get your money back. Paypal always favors the seller and F@#$% the buyer over. Good luck getting your money back.

It's nice to see that there are still some good peeps on this forum, appreciate it from all
you guys. I just hope that because I took the time to drag this Guy
through the mud it helps someone else out. This is the first time I
have ever had to do this. I'm not perfect by any means but the two
things I just can't stomach is liars and thief's. Thanks again guys.

Hopefully you payed with a credit card through your paypal. If so contact your credit card company and explain the situation they should refund it right away. This is why you should always use credit card when paying with paypal because they may not refund your money through paypal I have had trouble such as this previously. Sorry to hear there are still guys like this around.

Well since you mailed him a check, file a police report and bring him up on charges of mail fraud. Since he used the USPS to perpetrate fraud, there is something like a $10000 fine and 5 yrs in prison for this type of fraud. Take all your emails with you to the police station and stick to your guns, they might try and blow you off at first.

It was only 100 bucks so I'm not sweating it that bad. I do believe in
in vigilante justice. What goes around comes around.

Yeah but as stupid as him screwing you out of a hundred dollars and not doing something about it could lead to him screwing more people for larger amounts of money as dumb as it sounds Im always very nervous about buying things from individuals even if its off of ebay or any website that people have vouches...bottom line is people are self centered and shady...good luck man!

When you paid him via paypal, what was the money source?
1. transfer from bank account
2. credit/debit card
3. existing paypal balance
If you file a claim with Paypal and the guy has no money in his account, they will not refund you anything. If you paid with a credit or debit card, you can file a claim with Visa or whoever the company is, and they will basically force Paypal to give you the money back. The credit card companies have much, much more leverage than you. If you paid with Paypal balance, then it's Paypal's decision completely. If you paid with the bank account transfer it's usually still Paypal's decision, but you can try to get your bank to do something.
If you end up not getting money back through any type of claim, file a police report. Actually, you might file the report anyway, right away, and then try to make your claims.
