Default 92 Hatch Window Troubles

Like the title says I'm having trouble with my driver side window it keeps coming off the track when i role the window down then i cant role it back up without messing with it forever. I'm pretty sure its the rubber pieces that go along the track cause they are all bent in the track which pushes the window off the track. My question is would it be easy to take the old rubber pieces and replace them with new ones? If thats possible?

The rubber is pretty easy to replace, it's pricey from Honda though. I would see if you could find one in GOOD condition at a junk yard. Don't buy another damaged one.

I would also replace the window regulator because that probably caused the problem initially and your new rubber will get damaged and the window will come off track again if this is the problem. A window regulator costs about $80 from Honda and is pretty easy to replace is you have a shop manual. (I have non powered windows though, I'm not sure what it's like with power ones).

also, make sure your door shell has never been ****ed with i thought i needed a regulator and it turns out when a preveious owner tried to make room for a speaker he tweaked where the regulator was mounted probly not the case for you but take a look before you spent hard earned money
