Im having truble with my fuel pump wiring. I got my eg hatch about a mouth ago and the kid i got it from mess up a lot on the car . there is on wire that i have no idea where it need to go or even what it does. could anyone give me a link to go to help me out or if some one could just post something that could help thanks

as far as the wires that you dot know aobut. im betting ther are a few guys with cars that have no carpet (including myself) and would be glad to help if you gave us the location and the colors.

if at all you need to wire your fuel pump, you can wire it strait to a toggle if your problem persist.

 

i have no fuel pressure to start with. the loose wire is in the car coming off from the gas tank but it does look like its a factory wire. it looks like the kid just added it, it looks like a speaker wire that was connected to the gas tank. it goes from the gas tank till the drivers side seat. its a white wire

 

wire the fuel pump 12v strait (spare battery). if your fuel pump fires, its good. now as for wiring. i can help with colors, location, ect. and provide pics tomorrow nite.

 

my site was attacked by a trojan but I deleted everything and reloaded from backup so its good to go now and u can click on that link safely to see the fuel circuit diagrams.
