Does the rsx type s have closer gearing than the ITR?

 

Its a video of the Australian DC5R which has the same K20A2 engine as the US Type S. And thanks for fixing the mpegs LOL Geee

 

Australian DC5R has the JDM gear ratios (Final drive: 4.764)

 

yeah the VTEC cross-over is about 5 times as loud as on type S'ss. The VTEC lobe must be significantly larger. Does anyone have the lift and duration specs and the DC5-R and the DC5 types cams??

Yep. Same motor as Type S. But 1160kg. JDM gearing/final drive, Potenzas and an LSD.

I dont know why some people can just hear it and not see the vid...
