i will post this in the other integra section as well.
i have a 98 b18c type r block im using with a 96 gsr head.
why doesnt the port in the block pictured match up with anything in the head? oil is making it to the head. i ran the car for about 5 secs the other day and the cams were covered with oil. if you need anymore info lmk. i will check this very frequently.

the oil hole is the smaller hole in your boxed area. the bigger hole is just for your headstud. its been tapped and plugged for ls/vtec or b20vtec. oil shouldnt have made it to your head with that plugged up..
it should be able to use an allen wrench and untap it if not then you'll have to drill it out and just be careful not to do any damage to the head

doesnt look like theres much of an allen head left. i might be drilling.
would an extractor work?
once its out theres no further work needed to put the head on and be ready to rock and roll right? i already plugged the lsvtec alt. oil supply.

an extractor should work if not then just use any drill bit that fits. and yes once thats out just make sure everything else that needs to be plug is plugged and you should be ready to rock and roll
you cna also run a oil line from the pump to the head for more oil and less valve train wear.
we do that on most the cars we build
