Default Code 43, bogging issue

Ok, so for a while now I have had a code 1 (o2 sensor) and i've done everything I can think of to fix it. Now today I received a code 43 (fuel supply system). I know that by changing out the o2 it can sometimes cure this code. But I have already done the following:
-swap in a new o2 sensor
-install a new fuel pressure regulator
-new main relay

can a bad cat cause my code 1 and code 43?

Any other suggestions?

i had an ls motor that did this same thing. i ran it forever without an o2 and never got a code so one day i put in a good o2 then i would get the occasional code 1 then after a few months i started getting 43 swap out the ecu and o2 and that fixed it.
