alright so my car threw a code 43 which is fuel system/ oxygen heater. well i just replaced and got a new beckarnley o2 sensor.... but would just like to know if any of you guys have had this code and what you did to make it go away..also it wont rev past 6k and kinda hesitates between 3-4k let me know thnaks.

 

alot of people say certain o2 sensors will make you throw the code

it can be a bunch of stuff, ie injectors, fuel filter
.. try to eliminate one by one

did you ever get this before the new 02 sensor?

 

yeah i had a code before i put in the new o2, i read somewhere that the NTK works better than the ones i had founf.

 

Thats what worked for me. A bosch still sent the code but the Ntk took care of it.

 

Try a new O2 sensor (Bosch works great for me), check your fuel pressure, check your timing, and then unplug the battery for a 30 seconds and see if it comes back...

 

wouldnt an o2 sim clear the code also?
