i hope its that easy for you, usually its worse like broken axles, or even a broken wheel bearing. thats what mine was like a few months ago. sounds like a DUNK< DUNK>DUNK noise. good luck

Usually the rack end bushing feels worse when you are slowing down quickly, but i would check for play in the inner tie rods and the balljoints. Bad axles could be the culprit too, so check for play in them or torn boots.

its not the axles i recently just replaced them with brand new ones.just checked my inner tie rods and there's alot of play.so im gonna replace those and replace my rack end bushing just in case.its bound to be worn out for being almost 20 yrs old

would rack end bushings cause it to turn more when turning and feel like the steering is loose?

it will make it feel like the steering is loose if your rack end bushing is bad

Replace the inners and the end bushings and you will be golden.
