Default B18a1 swap in 95 civic

Im Swapping a 90 integra B18a1 engine into a 95 civic with a d15b8 i have the complete integra so i was wonderin if i could just swap the ecu, harness engine an stock mounts , transmission, shift linkage and anything else straight over and not switch it over to obd1? im trying to do it as cheap as possible but get it running right at the same time. I dont want to spend too much more money i have a complete running 90 integra and 95 civic so please help thanks.

you cant use the da linkages, engine mounts, or obd0 ecu in your chassis. you have to get an obd1 pr4 or p75,.

how sure are you that wont work because if i put in the teg harness in with the obd0 ecu i dont see why it wouldnt work it would be the same as if it was in the teg. also i heard i can use some of the mounts if not are there any stock mounts that would work or do i have to go aftermarket?

he is 100% right.

You need to re-use your OBD1 harness, aside from plugs being different the DA integras shock tower plugs are flipped reverse from a 5th gen civic. Unless you want to swap over your entire chassis harness taking steps backwards when a factory obd1 LS computer can just be had for cheap.

For linkage you need either 94-01 integra (any model) or 99-00 Civic SI.

For engine mounts you can reuse your main 3 stock mounts (tranny, rear mount on the subframe, driver side top mount.) because your car is a 95, meaning it has the correct style driver side mount already. HOWEVER you WILL need the post mount for the driver side from a 94-01 Integra (any model) or a 94-97 Del Sol VTEC (dohc model). You will need a rear t-bracket mount from either a 94-01 Integra (any model) 99-00 Civic Si or a 94-97 Del Sol VTEC (dohc model) and MUST be from a manual transmission. From the previous 3 models i listed you can also find the correct tranny torque mount and AC bracket torque mount.

For a transmission i strongly recommend ditching that cable transmission and putting a hydraulic one in, but whether or not you want to do the conversion is entirely up to you.
