Default head gasket question

looking to getting a head gasket for my build and came across some buddy club headgaskets. Just want some advice on them. Like hows the quality? what mm to get? .5mm? 1.0 mm? wanting one that will up the compression a little. thanks for any input.

also what is the thickness of the oem headgasket?

Well for the $90+ they aren't worth it and the stock compressed thickness on an OEM gasket is .028". If u want to bump the CR just a lil then I would get new valves with flat faces, like the supertechs. To me that would get more for ur $ and 1mm=.03937" so .5mm=.01967"
