ok so im plannin on gettin a megan header but the intake and exhaust on the other hand not so sure.. my friend has a p&p z6 mani or should i get a y8? i have a z6 in my dx hatch now.. and the exhaust im thinkin either skunk2 or go make my own.. either 2.25in or 2.5in and high flow cat and vibrant muffler either 2.25 or 2.5 inlet.. and idk if i should have a resanator

The y8 manifold flows better i'm pretty sure, but it wont make much of a difference from the z6 one.

You would probably be better off with making a 2.25 inch exhaust, try to get it mandrel bent tho. And I would definitely get a resonator. But if you don't mind it loud and neither do the cops in your area then don't bother.

 

they dont like imports.. ok il prolly get a resanator then.. and i got friends wit mandrel benders

buy an ebay exhaust. its mandrel bent, they look good, and sound pretty decent. if you don't want a canister muffler, buy a different muffler and have it welded on.
