everythings rusted....has it been sitting outside? in the rain?....you have receipts or proof of valvetrain?

 

nope it's been in my garage which has no leaks or anything. and i personally do not have receipts for the valve train but i can ask my friend (the original owner) if he has them.

 

my concern is that everything is rusted......if you want to pm me with an answer id appreciate it or share on here doesnt matter.

I had a ls flywheel siting in my garage for a few months did the same thing. Swap looks good to me i wish i had the money.

why dont you take the head apart and prove its got the parts if you dont have the receipts so someone doesnt end up buyin a stock gsr lol

as for the rust...
illinois weather is outrages, some days are cold and some hot. as the swap sits obviously it'll rust with the moisture (surface rust). maybe it was my mistake by not wrapping it up to keep moisture out but i am not running a junk yard.

i'm not trying to rip anybody off nor am i trying to get rid of this swap but times are hard for me and i have debts i'm trying to get rid of. trust that if i had no debts the swap would go nowhere.

Moisture builds up on the outside and inside in a motor and can lead to corrosion/rust or whatever in general.

Id pull the head and check it out, it will only help with your sale of the motor

i wasnt talking about the flywheel, i meant everything in general is rusted all the screws, bolts. also you say it has skunk2 cams and cam gears.... just take the valve cover off and take a picture its like literally 5 minutes todo. intake manifold doesnt look like skunk2......just trying to clear this up. cause the swap for my old si i bought only had a blox intake manifold, and a stage 2 clutch. ended up being built.

man these guys are morons. the surface rust on the flywheel dont mean **** you have the intake and the spark plugs closed up the flywheel however take some emery cloth to it its not like its a huge issue. I want this motor and I have cash lets talk
