Official "Other Make Vehicles" Engine Bay Picture Thread
Hey guys/gals post up some great looking engine bay pictures. I search did not see a thread dedicated to this subject.

OP was kinda vague so I took it as anything goes/non stock/turbo/swapped/etc.

Yeah, I can't imagine how that thing must work. Probably very crappy. I remember yeeeaars ago someone made a tripple turbo Supra. It ran, but it was pretty unreliable and they couldn't daily drive it for ****.

What car is this?

Can't be a BMW (never seen one w/ open ITBs)
Def not a Supra/Skyline (neither have coil on plug setups IIRC)
??????????????????????

It's probably a e46 M3 (or another BMW with a S54) that had the intake plenum replaced with velocity stacks. The S54 (and all ///M's aside from the US E36 M3) does have OEM ITBs.
But I thought all E46s ran off MAF sensors which would require a plenum setup, even with ITBs. I know the S54/S62 have them, but they have plenums too.
Maybe its a custom deal. I guess it makes sense. Can't think of any other modern L6 motors

It's an M3.
I'll try and find the link.

Probably running a speed density tune. A lot of GTO guys go this route when moving to a larger intake, rather than having to buy a larger MAF as well.
