I have been trying to get a shop going and offer services to track day students and racers for a long time.As a representative of Special Projects Motorsports,I would like to announce the expantion of our race prepping and standard service.
My efforts in working on Honda/Acura and many other cars has been underway for sometime and having a facility to be able to do so has been a task in this tough time. After some negotiations and some ideas combined, Jeff "Kiwi" Owen has provided me the facility to offer premium and extensive services to those interested. Not only are we a part distributor, but can provide fabrication and also standard service to race preperation from beginning to end.Combined with Jeff's 25+ years in the industry,I have over 13 years of experience working on Hondas and you can be assured we will point you in the right direction and that you will receive quality work as I am ASE Certified.
I am offering Suspension and steering service, engine and transmission work, safety equipment installations, and notably I am currently offering full race alignment and corner balancing services by appointment. We also do NASA and SCCA pre-race/pre-hpde safety inspections.
Please don't take your car to some stranger you do not know,or someone who lacks the experience to suit your needs, get speedy and reliable service from a trusty reputable shop.Special Projects is centrally located in So.Cal in the city of Orange,Ca.

Haaaaaaaaa haaa heee heeee heee.
You have discovered my secrets so far.
Did I bring the hidden cameras? How much more cheating did I really do?
It was good to see you all this weekend. Stopping in to see Benny, Jeff, and you at the shop.
Then there was the night time covert mission to your house Justin.
Little did you know the party next door was a guise to distract those on your side of the fence.
Seriously though I dont know how someone could have a disco going on next door to me, and me not be invited.
Thanks for your help and guidance.

Thanks Guys for your support.
I have always figured I was a good judge of racer tallent, and when we decided to sponsor Justin in 2008/09 it came as no surprise to me that he won NASA's Rooky of the Year award. Have you seen the standard he demands in his preperation? His car is both immaculate and fast! With more seat time he too will get faster...
I'm not ready to retire from racing yet, but after winning the So Cal H1 Championship a couple of days after my 60th. Birthday I guess it shows there's still some life in the old dog yet. I think we had the car capable of winning the Nationals in 2009, but Luck and Seat Time were just not on our side. However, as the saying goes... 2010 Nationals... I'll be baack!
I will not be doing a full H1 season this year, just enough rounds to qualify for the Nationals in our new Joint Venture - GEAR-X /Password JDM/ Motul. JDM Dc2 K-24 Integra.
And hopefully have another crack at the 2010 25 hrs at Thunder Hill either in the car we ran last year or in another car with another line up of international drivers.
Having Justin join us to carry out the mechanical tasks, and tweaking for our customers and fellow racers, will give me the time that I need to continue promoting our extremely popular and growing range of GEAR-X , P1Spec and HARDRACE Products here in the USA and to spend more time working with our ever increasing overseas distributors. It also allows me to dedicate more time to producing our amazingly popular P1 Spec Splitter Kits.
Oh, and did I mention... Im working on writing a book!
I hope you all will join with me, in helping Justin and his faithfull sidekick Mauricio who many of you have seen working his *** off at the track on any one of our team or sponsored cars. These guys are honest and hardworking and the deserve a chance at this competitive and exacting business. They have full use of my Race Shop facilities, and my thirty five years of racing experience that I will throw in FWIW. Those who know us, know we always have front running cars and we will tackle anything!
Watch for Special Projects Motor Sports sponsored cars and drivers once again winning in 2010
Good luck in 2010 to all of you...

Thanks for the kind words Jeff, few comment on how my car performs as good as it looks.Only if the driver can get on the ball..Things will be fun when the DC5 comes out in the near future.I will shock everyone with my crazy choice, but I like those challenges.
As quoted in a warren g song - "You gotta be handy with the steel if you know what I mean, earn yer keep".
