90 LX Fuel Pressure?

90 LX Fuel Pressure?
Anyone know the proper fuel pressure for a 90 LX? My Haynes says 35 - 37 with vacuum line on, 35 - 41 with it off; I thought it was lower with the vacuum line on (I'm only running 28 psi). Spec link to Accordingly-Done yielded an error message.
