ok... so I have an 89 civic hatch dx with a d16a6 swap and the dx tranny... and I bought a new clutch thinking the si clutch and flywheel will fit... aparantly it won't... well thats what the mechanic says. Am i screwed and need to get an si tranny??? And if so where can I get one???

 

you can either get a clutch for the dx tranny, or if you want to upgrade then now would be a good time to pick up an Si trans. craigslist is your best bet for finding a tranny
