did anyone every broke unbrakable auto lock???
I am wondering if this type of Auto Lock – unbreakable auto lock keeps thieves away. I planning to get one and putting it on a manual car what would be the best way to put it clutch, brakes, or gas.
Has anyone ever used it, its best to slow down thieves when trying to start the car, kill switches etc alarm etc.
Will car be somewhat safer Security worth it to buy My friend work at a key place and he says its hard to unlock, what if I lose the key is there a way to get it out of the car??
WERE to lock it CLUTCH, BRAKE PEDAL, OR GAS PEDAL?

Well I had one on my old car, and they actually tried to saw my clutch pedal off, but they couldnt do it. Cop told me that this is the only time that he has ever seen something like this work against a thief. So it worked for me. Im sure people have had their cars stolen with it though. I had it on my clutch by the way.
after a few months of using mine, the key hole assembly which is the lock came off. when you turn the key, it locks on one of the teeth. after time the constant banging back and fourth of the teeth on the lock will loosen it and it will come off.
the are breakable, but it can take a theif some time, and some unexperienced theives may not be able to,, i do have one, and use simply for another added layer, but its not an excuse not to have a alarm.
where did you usually use it on clutch pedal, brake or gas pedal???
its breakable, I had one on my integra and they still stole the car. I don't know what they did but it didn't look like it was sawed through. I didn't see any metal shavings when my car was recovered stripped. I had it on the clutch BTW.

I can take that off in less them 30 sec, No joke. Its not breakable but bendable. Good to have as a layer to draw more time.
there have been theft threads were people have had the Autolock in their car and still got it stolen. like someone said above, people have taken the Autolock off by bending the crap out of it, there are a few pictures floating around this board showing that.
It will definitely slow a thief down and to make the autolock bend takes a lot of loud noise. Making loud noise in an upscale neighborhood like Sierra Madre will wake up the neighbors. When neighbor wake up in the middle of the night its 911 time
. I say get the autolock and a lo/jack.

First day I pulled my 92 LS from it's 9month resurrection project at the movie theatre. 5minutes in line waiting for a movie and some ****ing lowlife tried to jack my car. I was late for the movie and didnt feel like watching it anymore so I went out to find that my door lock was tempered, the key turned 360degrees and it made a loud noise. I already knew someone tried to get in.Thank God I had the clutch lock on it. The moment he saw it, he just slammed the door shut and left. I was sure it was those mangy wangsters that was smoking by the movie signs. All I know is that they drive a purple eclipse. Can't wait to see them again, cus I know what I will do to them. =]
