the fuel pump turns on after letting it sit for 10 mins or so. the fuel filter was replaced, and the pump was replaced but it was out of an old civic also, when i drive it feels like its miss firing with air fuel mixture kinda feels like there is air in the lines but i no there isnt..what does everyone think

 

Bad Main relay, common problem

 

hey nah man i put in a new main relay cuz thats what i heard goes on these and the fuel pump relay is built in it.. still havent figured it out either.. it starts fine if it was a sunny dry day, but if it rains forget about it... it takes like 15 mins for the pump to turn on... also when its cold out. it will start easily too. just doesnt start when theyre is moisture or rain ya know?
