I have a 1998 Honda Civic CX AUTOMATIC Transmission. 4 Cilinder. Stock.

Well yesturday i went to the post office and when i got out my car started making this crazy *** noise, very loud and annoying. when i tried to accelerate it wouldnt move faster just kept running and making the loud humming like noise.

When i noticed my Car Temperature was at High (very high). When i got home makeing all that noise my radiador was fine (brand new). Bypass hose is new. radiator fan new. coolant pump is new. sparks are new.

When i listen closely it sounds like something is worn out inside the motor or whereever it is. makeing worn out metal noises or suttin.

im gonna try and put a video of the noise to see if anyone can help me out.

 

Try to determine if the sound is coming from the motor or the tranny.

 

ok so yeah i took a while but i got no internet. My boy studied Mechanics here in Puerto Rico. and he said that if everything from the cooling system is new and that the radiatar is bubleing alot and takeing all the reserve coolant and drying out like that then it must be the ***VALVE COVER GASKET*** he saids it the only thing left for why its heating up so much.. it the only thing i could think up.. any help would be nice..

 

Not the valve cover gasket, it will be the HEAD GASKET.94

Lenix, does the motor make a "knocking" type noise? Or a "ticking" type noise...
What do you mean it sounds worn out?
