What turbo are you using? What is your setup, injectors, IC piping and such, turbo specs, trim size. What power goal are you wanting? These are the things that can help us, help you. If you can give us this information we can probably be able to help you more, the size of the turbo and such will determine how much psi you can put on the motor, might be 8psi with a big turbo and could also be 14psi on a small turbo to get to your power goal..

More info could be helpful..

I' was always under the assumption that you shouldn't run Turbo without a Tune. And if you're going to be an ******* and do it anyway..IF You're on stock internals (And there are 400hp B16's around here on Stock Internals and boost), you shouldn't run more then 6 without an intercooler (91 Octane Only) and if you're running an intercooler, no Tune anywhere between 10-15 is Prime.

Now this isn't law...i'm just going off what I've seen and experienced personally. My buddy, like many ********, is currently running a B16, No Tune, Intercooler, Full Set up, stock internals @ 13psi's and it's ran FINE for going on 10 months now.

Ultimately, you should do more reading...and do it right. Tune it, Intercool it, and Boost it and you can strive for some stratospheric numbers with your stock internals.

After a while, it gets really old trying to answer the same questions...especially when the same 'experts' get there before you. OP: You need to check the Forced Induction forum. The Model Specific forums are not the places to ask for advice on this sort of issue. You tend to get answers like "no moAr then 8lbs brah" which really isn't an answer of any kind. I think a few of the guys above me have given you some insight. The rest is on you. Search the FI FAQ and the forum...you'll find answers if you look.
