I have had this 94 DX for about 3 months. About a month ago the synchros went out for 3rd and 4th(it was beat to hell before i bought it the clutch was down to rivets) it was cold out. I replaced the transmission. ever since that day whenever my car sits for a few hours it doesnt want to start. it turns over good. Heres a list of parts I have changed...

Fuel Pump
Fuel Filter
Fuel Injectors
Main Relay
Distributor
Cap/Rotor
Plugs/Wires <----this is how i feel about my daily driver

the problem is it cranks forever. fires. sputters. dies. it does this repeatedly as if it doesnt have fuel pressure but it feels more like its loading up. although when its sputtering if i crack the throttle it stalls as if its leaning out realllll bad. does not seem to be using too much gas at all for my heavy foot. What do I do now?
