Default no spark, help!

So i just replaced my flywheel and tranny last weekend and I drove the car for 1 day and it was running fine. On the way home yesterday it started skipping/sputtering, and whenever it would sputter the tach would keep dropping to 0 (as if I was turning off the car). Then it died on the way home, and slowly i was able to get it to start every once in a while and in like 2 hours i got it home. Last night I was messing with my grounds, taped up some wires that looked like they might be a bit frayed (yet they have been like that for a while) and blew out my speed sensor (because it was acting up aswell).
The car was running fine after that and i drove it around for like 20 mins.
Now this morning its doing the same thing, I couldnt even get it off my street. And now it wont start at all. I have NO CEL's. I have fuel and the pump primes, etc. What can be causing this? I need to get the car running tomorrow.

I know this is a played out answer, but check all your grounds from battery to frame/engine/etc

I already have checked them like 3 times. Everything is working except for spark.

i have an external coil. But I am pretty sure that my external coil isnt getting any power. Because when the car would jerk the tach would drop to 0 instantly when the motor was still spinning.

i would check the ignitor, external coil, and ignition switch.
you said you checked all of the grounds so that would rule out the thermostat housing ground.
