Default JDM ITR NON SRS Wheel in a 96+ civic? ( i searched..)

do i need anything ? i was told that it would just plug and play. and if anyone has directions, i've never pulled off a steering wheel.. specially w/ an air bag. But id like to get the wheel in also, with the horn working properly.

thanks in advance,

Paul

You cannot use the JDM ITR on the EK chassis. Here is a picture of the 2 hubs in comparison. The wheels are COMPLETELY detachable from the hub. The hub on the left is the CTR and the right is the ITR.

You will have to find a CTR steering wheel

Best off is to sell the CTR wheel. Maybe around $300? Thats what I paid for mine and not really sure if thats a good or bad price?!

Jeff, maaan, changing steering wheel columns? I thought the ABS was going to be hard to remove, but steering wheel?!
