Icon6 Susp. Bolt removed?

Any way in getting the specific bolt here removed? Happened to anyone? Any how to's? Before i take a drill to it or do something with it that may not be neccesary, i wanna know ya'lls take..

that's a stud that's really stuck in there. I've had to remove one before, pull the arm, heat the part with a torch and give it a few hits with the hammer to back it out.
The hardest part is finding the replacement stud. I got lucky with a local parts store.


The main question, how did it get that way?
broken while driving? (likely the arm is bent also)
or you broke it when removing the nut?
