when i start the car, the radiator fan goes on?! wtf

i just swapped B18C6 motor in my EG vti, and when i start the car, the fan for the radiator goes on, instead of the starter......... what is going on ?

HELP :D!

Check your ground wires first, if good, come back and ask again.

gound wires are good ! im using P30 ECU with b16a2 map
