96 integra motor/radiator swapped into a 95 civic coupe.

I did the test jump to the battery and the fan kicked on and was blowing hard so the fan works fine... I checked the main fuses in the fuse box and those look good to go as well. Is there anything else I can check to see why my radiator fan never kicks on a hot day?

Is there a sensor that im not aware of?

yea, check ur thermoswitch sensor wires, it's on the thermostat housing. My fan didn't turn on and when I checked it out I saw that one of the wires were cut.

Yes, check the connections on your thermostat housing. Also check the thermostat, the relay, fuses, radiator cap, bleed the system, and make sure the radiator and waterpump still work. Good luck.

Thats really what I would like to do is just connect the fan to my ignition so I can turn it on at will.

The top radiator hose is very hot so that much tells me that the thermostat itself is working.

Radiator cap is in great shape..

Fuses all look good, Ill have to check the switch near the thermo I guess. The weird thing is I am loosing radiator fluid somewhere and I dont think it's bad head gasket. But I can fill the resavavior and it slowly goes empty over time so im not sure where that fluid is going...The whole system is probably F*ed.

you check the lower radiator hose to see if ur thermostat is working

he already checkd the top radiator hose. and he sed it was hot. the top radiator hose on MOST cars (should be all but some arent) are exit hoses that flow coolant from the engine. and the bottom hose is going through the engine and out the thermostat. AHEMMING06 do you have ac or no? if u do. is ur ac fan kicking on too? ur ac fan should kick on wen ac is turned on and turns on to cool ur motor. but the ac side fan is not strong enough to cool the engine. i would best recommend bypassing it to a switch so u can turn it on anytime u want.
