Who has done the Kia 4.77?
Alright, for those already aware I am referring to using the Kia 4.77 gear and pinion from like an 98 Kia Sportage 4x4 front drive axle.
I can get the gear & pinion new from Kia, my question is what else do I need to purchase?
I am going to have to get another crush sleeve as well, amongst other seals but I don't know if it needs to be shimmed or what.

I didn't need shims when I had my 4.77s done but I guess that various from car to car. I'd probably also advice you to get the gears and diff pumpkin cryo treated as long as you got everything apart for strength unless your doing a re-enforced pumpkin.
As for things you should replace:

No I think I bought mine from Motorklasse, dont remember to be honest its been probably two years. Was going to do KIA gears but the ones I bought already came cryo treated for they same amount Kia + cryo would have cost me.
