Have a b16a in my CRX, Problem started during installation of new MSD box. Disconnected battery then changed box, went to start it and all it does is smoke from a bolt on valve cover. Starter cranks but is shorting out somewhere any ideas? It's a definite starter short, disconnected all power from everything but starter and still same problem. Replaced starter with known working one still the same. It Acts like a positive to negative short but doesn't make sense unless both starters are shorted out to the housing. Any Ideas would be helpful.
